Lynn Thomson advises a wide variety of public and private sector clients on all issues related to labour and employment matters in both unionized and non-unionized settings. In addition to court appearances, Lynn also appears before arbitrators, Human Rights Tribunals and the Ontario Labour Relations Board, as required. She also works with the clients to ensure best practices, delivers training, and provides advice on a proactive basis before it becomes necessary to exercise her advocacy skills.
