Charles Hofley ­advises private and public sector clients in both official languages, on a broad range of employment and labour matters, including terminations, collective agreement negotiation/administration, strike and injunction preparation, and human rights matters. He regularly appears before Boards of Arbitration, Administrative Tribunals and all levels of Court.
