Elisha Jamieson is an Associate lawyer at Hicks Morley's Toronto Office. She received her LL.B. from Queen's University. She previously graduated with distinction from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology. She was the recipient of a number of academic prizes in her legal studies, including one for highest standing in Collective Agreements and Arbitration and one in the combined areas of Labour/Human Rights/Employment Law. Elisha completed her articles with Hicks Morley before being called to the bar in 2006. Elisha currently practices in all areas of labour and employment law, with an emphasis on litigation, Privacy and Human Rights. In her litigation practice, Elisha has developed a niche in class action litigation on behalf of employers.
