Elizabeth Brown Quoted in Canadian Lawyer Magazine

Elizabeth Brown, chair o­f Hicks Morley’s Pension and Benefits Practice Group, was quoted in the December 29, 2009 on-line edition of Canadian Lawyer Magazine. The article, entitled “New Pension Rules Could be Costly for Employers”, discusses the potential costs to employers as a result of the Ontario government’s proposed changes to pension rules. Brown discusses the extension of grow-in rights to anyone who has the required age and service points under the “rule of 55.”
